Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and service address.
Job details: the services you ask about, notes about your home, and before/after photos of the work areas.
Calls and messages: records of your calls, texts, and emails with us. When our phone system or virtual assistant answers a call, it may keep a recording, transcript, or summary.
Payment details: payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store your full card number.
Website use: cookies and standard analytics data, described in Section 5.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about quotes, appointments, check-ins, and your account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, and we'll reach you by phone or email instead.
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. This information doesn't identify you, and we don't try to find out who our visitors are. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.
Do Not Track. Our website doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
