It's how you keep your windows clean all year without having to remember to book. After your first cleaning, we come back on a set schedule (every month, every 3 months, or twice a year) and you save on every visit.

How often can you clean my windows?

As often as you'd like. Members choose monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual visits, and quarterly is our most popular plan. We're also happy to do one-time cleanings whenever you need them.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Memberships run for 12 months, which is what locks in your price, and they never renew automatically. You can cancel anytime, for any reason, by phone, text, or email. If you leave early, we compare what you've paid with our regular price for the visits you've had: if you've paid more, we refund the difference, and if you've paid less, you pay the difference.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Only when we're cleaning inside. For outside-only visits, just unlock your gates (or send us the gate code), keep pets inside, turn off your sprinklers for the day, and make sure we can reach an outdoor spigot. When we clean inside, someone 18 or older needs to be home.
