This is one of our returning annual customers in Plumas Lake - and jobs like this are honestly some of our favorites. When you work with the same homeowner year after year, you know the house well. You know what each window needs. That familiarity makes a real difference in the quality of the work.
For the exterior, we used a water-fed pole system. This method runs purified water up through a brush that scrubs the glass and frames, then rinses clean without leaving any mineral deposits or streaks behind. It is especially effective on the stucco exterior homes common in this area, where dirt and dust tend to settle into window frames and sills between cleanings.
The interiors were done the traditional way - squeegee and scrubber by hand, working through each pane with the tracks cleaned out as well. Tracks are one of those things a lot of people overlook, but dirty tracks mean grime build up. We take care of them every time.
We also pulled and cleaned every screen on the home. Screens trap a surprising amount of dust, pollen, and debris, and that buildup blocks airflow and dulls the look of even a freshly cleaned window. Getting them clean is part of doing the job right.
Keeping up with window cleaning on an annual schedule means you never let things get too far gone. The glass stays in better condition longer, and the home just looks sharper inside and out year-round.
